Article R3122-3 of the French Public procurement code

In addition to the concession notice referred to in article R. 3122-2, the awarding authority may publish a supplementary advertising notice on a medium other than the one chosen as compulsory.
This additional notice may, where appropriate, include only some of the information contained in the concession notice published on a compulsory basis, provided that it expressly indicates the references of the latter.

Article R3122-3

L’autorité concédante peut faire paraître, en sus de l’avis de concession mentionné à l’article R. 3122-2, un avis de publicité complémentaire sur un autre support que celui choisi à titre obligatoire.
Cet avis complémentaire peut, le cas échéant, ne comporter que certains des renseignements figurant dans l’avis de concession publié à titre obligatoire, à condition qu’il indique expressément les références de ce dernier.
