Article R3122-5 of the French Public Health Code

The Office will decide on the claim by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Reasons are given for decisions rejecting the claim in whole or in part.

If the application is accepted, the Director of the Office will present the applicant with the offer of compensation determined in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article L. 3122-5.

L’office se prononce sur la demande d’indemnisation, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.

Les décisions rejetant totalement ou partiellement cette demande sont motivées.

En cas d’acceptation, le directeur de l’office présente au demandeur l’offre d’indemnisation arrêtée dans les conditions fixées à l’article L. 3122-5.
