Article R3123-1 of the French Labour Code

The assessment of part-time work provided for in Article L. 3123-15 covers in particular :
1° The number, gender and qualifications of the employees concerned, as well as the part-time working hours applied;
2° The number of overtime hours worked by part-time employees.
At the meeting at which this assessment of part-time work is discussed, the employer explains the reasons why it has refused to allow full-time employees to work part-time and part-time employees to work full-time.

Le bilan du travail à temps partiel prévu à l’article L. 3123-15 porte notamment sur :
1° Le nombre, le sexe et la qualification des salariés concernés, ainsi que les horaires de travail à temps partiel pratiqués ;
2° Le nombre d’heures complémentaires accomplies par les salariés à temps partiel.
Lors de la réunion où est discuté ce bilan du travail à temps partiel réalisé, l’employeur explique les raisons qui l’ont amené à refuser à des salariés à temps complet de passer à temps partiel et à des salariés à temps partiel de travailler à temps complet.
