Application of the stipulations of a company or establishment agreement or of a branch agreement contrary to the provisions of articles L. 3121-27 to L. 3121-33 and L. 3121-35 to L. 3121-40 is punishable by a fourth-class fine.
As many fines are imposed for each offence as there are employees wrongly employed.
