The notification provided for in article L. 313-28 may be made by any means.
Notification to the debtor of an assigned or pledged claim, in application of articles L. 313-23 to L. 313-35, must include the following information:
1° Under the conditions set out in articles L. 313-23 to L. 313-35 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the name of the assignor or pledgor, as follows:
“We have assigned/pledged the claim(s)”;
2° A description of the claim(s) assigned or pledged, as follows:
“For which you are indebted to him/her.
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 313-28, we ask you to cease, with effect from this notification, all payments in respect of this/these claim(s) to… ” ;
3° The method of payment and an indication of the person to whom payment is to be made, as follows:
“Consequently, payment of your debt (specify method of payment) must be made to the order of… (name of the person to whom payment is to be made). “
