Article R313-15 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The notification provided for in article L. 313-28 may be made by any means.

Notification to the debtor of an assigned or pledged claim, in application of articles L. 313-23 to L. 313-35, must include the following information:

1° Under the conditions set out in articles L. 313-23 to L. 313-35 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the name of the assignor or pledgor, as follows:

“We have assigned/pledged the claim(s)”;

2° A description of the claim(s) assigned or pledged, as follows:

“For which you are indebted to him/her.

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 313-28, we ask you to cease, with effect from this notification, all payments in respect of this/these claim(s) to… ” ;

3° The method of payment and an indication of the person to whom payment is to be made, as follows:

“Consequently, payment of your debt (specify method of payment) must be made to the order of… (name of the person to whom payment is to be made). “

Article R313-15

La notification prévue à l’article L. 313-28 peut être faite par tout moyen.

La notification au débiteur d’une créance cédée ou nantie, en application des articles L. 313-23 à L. 313-35, comporte les mentions obligatoires suivantes :

1° Dans les conditions prévues par les articles L. 313-23 à L. 313-35 du code monétaire et financier, le nom du cédant ou de la personne qui consent le nantissement, comme suit :

” Nous a cédé/ nanti la/ les créance (s) ” ;

2° La désignation de la (ou les) créance (s) cédée (s) ou nantie (s), comme suit :

” Dont vous êtes débiteur envers lui/ elle.

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 313-28, nous vous demandons de cesser, à compter de la présente notification, tout paiement au titre de cette/ ces créance (s) à… ” ;

3° Le mode de règlement et l’indication de la personne à l’ordre de laquelle ce règlement doit être effectué, comme suit :

” En conséquence, le règlement de votre dette (indication du mode de règlement) devra être effectué à l’ordre de… (indication de la personne à l’ordre de laquelle le règlement doit être effectué). “
