Article R3135-10 of the French Public procurement code

For concession contracts not covered by Chapter VI of Title II of this Book, the conceding authority publishes a notice of modification of the concession contract in the cases provided for in Articles R. 3135-2 and R. 3135-5.
This notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union under the conditions set out in Articles R. 3122-4 to R. 3122-6, in accordance with the model set out in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1986 of 11 November 2015 establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the framework of the award of public contracts and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 842/2011.

Pour les contrats de concession ne relevant pas du chapitre VI du titre II du présent livre, l’autorité concédante publie un avis de modification du contrat de concession dans les hypothèses prévues aux articles R. 3135-2 et R. 3135-5.
Cet avis est publié au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 3122-4 à R. 3122-6, conformément au modèle fixé par le règlement d’exécution (UE) 2015/1986 de la Commission du 11 novembre 2015 établissant les formulaires standard pour la publication d’avis dans le cadre de la passation des marchés publics et abrogeant le règlement d’exécution (UE) n° 842/2011.
