Article R321-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Collective management organisations established outside the European Union that manage exploitation rights in France for works or other protected objects are subject to the provisions of article R. 321-5, 1° to 8° and 10° of Article R. 321-15 and article R. 321-16, as well as the provisions of articles R. 321-26, R. 321-27, R. 321-30 to R. 321-34, R. 321-36 to R. 321-42, R. 321-44, R. 321-46 and R. 321-47.

Collective management organisations established outside the European Union that manage exploitation rights in France for protected musical works are also subject to the provisions of articles R. 321-8 to R. 321-11.

Les organismes de gestion collective établis hors de l’Union européenne gérant les droits d’exploitation en France d’œuvres ou autres objets protégés sont soumis aux dispositions de l’article R. 321-5, des 1° à 8° et du 10° de l’article R. 321-15 et de l’article R. 321-16, ainsi qu’aux dispositions des articles R. 321-26, R. 321-27, R. 321-30 à R. 321-34, R. 321-36 à R. 321-42, R. 321-44, R. 321-46 et R. 321-47.

Les organismes de gestion collective établis hors de l’Union européenne gérant les droits d’exploitation en France d’œuvres musicales protégées sont également soumis aux dispositions des articles R. 321-8 à R. 321-11.
