Members of the General Meeting may be convened either by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or by electronic means with acknowledgement of receipt, or by a notice inserted in at least two newspapers with national circulation, authorised to receive legal notices in the département of the registered office and which are determined by a resolution of the General Meeting. Any change in the list of these newspapers occurring between two General Meetings shall be brought to the attention of the members by any appropriate means.
Any member may request to be individually convened to the meetings or to some of them by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
When the convening is made by another means, the costs of this registered mailing shall be borne by the interested party.
Members are convened at least fifteen days before the date of the meeting.
The convening notice specifies the agenda, date and place of the meeting.
Where the Articles of Association provide that certain meetings must be held under specific quorum or majority conditions, these conditions are mentioned in the convening notice.
