Article R321-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The date of the annual general meeting provided for in article L. 323-5 is determined by the Articles of Association. When this meeting cannot be held under the conditions provided for in the Articles of Association, the members must be notified at least fifteen days before the deadline set in the Articles of Association for the meeting to be held, in the manner provided for in article R. 321-3. On this occasion, they shall be informed of the reasons for the postponement and of the date on which the meeting will be held.

La date de l’assemblée générale annuelle prévue à l’article L. 323-5 est déterminée par les statuts. Lorsque cette assemblée ne peut être tenue dans les conditions prévues par les statuts, les membres doivent en être prévenus au moins quinze jours avant la date limite statutairement prévue pour sa tenue, dans les formes prévues à l’article R. 321-3. Ils sont informés à cette occasion des motifs du report ainsi que de la date à laquelle l’assemblée se tiendra.
