Article R3211-6 of the French Public Health Code

The maximum period within which the College must give its opinion is set at five days from the date on which the College is convened.

For the application of the provisions of II of article L. 3211-12 and II of article L. 3211-12-1, the maximum period within which the College must give its opinion is reduced in order to guarantee the time limit for referral to the liberty and custody judge.

Le délai maximal dans lequel le collège doit rendre son avis est fixé à cinq jours à compter de la date de convocation du collège.

Pour l’application des dispositions du II de l’article L. 3211-12 et du II de l’article L. 3211-12-1, le délai maximal dans lequel le collège doit rendre son avis est réduit afin de garantir le délai de saisine du juge des libertés et de la détention.
