Article R322-24 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The notary responsible for drawing up the deed of sale may obtain, in return for a receipt, delivery from the pursuing creditor of the documents collected for the purpose of drawing up the schedule of conditions of sale.
The taxed costs are paid directly by the purchaser in addition to the sale price.

Le notaire chargé d’établir l’acte de vente peut obtenir, contre récépissé, la remise par le créancier poursuivant des documents recueillis pour l’élaboration du cahier des conditions de vente.
Les frais taxés sont versés directement par l’acquéreur en sus du prix de vente.
