Article R322-34 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

On the first working day following the sale, and except where the sale is carried out after an improved bid, an extract from the minutes of the hearing, mentioning the sale price and the costs charged, is displayed by the registry at the door of the courtroom during the period in which the improved bid may be made.
The extract shall mention the summary description of the immovable as set out in the initial notice, the sale price and the taxed costs, as well as an indication of the registry competent to receive higher bids and the ten-day period following the sale within which such bids may be made.

Au premier jour ouvrable suivant la vente et hors le cas où celle-ci est réalisée après surenchère, un extrait du procès-verbal d’audience, avec mention du prix d’adjudication et des frais taxés, est affiché par le greffe à la porte de la salle d’audience pendant le délai au cours duquel la surenchère peut être exercée.
L’extrait mentionne la description sommaire de l’immeuble telle que figurant dans l’avis initial, le prix de la vente et des frais taxés ainsi que l’indication du greffe compétent pour recevoir les offres de surenchère et du délai de dix jours suivant la vente pour les former.
