Article R322-62 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The title de vente is issued by the registrar to the successful bidder. It is also issued to the pursuing creditor, at the latter’s request, in order to proceed with the formalities for publicising the title, in the absence of diligence to this effect on the part of the successful bidder.
If the forced sale comprises several lots, a copy is issued for each purchaser.
The receipt for payment of the costs is attached to the bill of sale.

Le titre de vente est délivré par le greffier à l’adjudicataire. Il l’est également, à sa demande, au créancier poursuivant pour procéder aux formalités de publicité du titre à défaut de diligence à cet effet par l’adjudicataire.
Si la vente forcée comprend plusieurs lots, il est délivré une expédition par acquéreur.
La quittance du paiement des frais est annexée au titre de vente.
