Article R3232-1-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

This provision is the subject of an agreement between the department and the commune or public establishment for inter-communal cooperation that has requested to benefit from it. This agreement sets out the content, procedures and remuneration as well as the obligations of each of the parties.

Cette mise à disposition fait l’objet d’une convention passée entre le département et la commune ou l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale qui a demandé à en bénéficier. Cette convention en détermine le contenu, les modalités et la rémunération ainsi que les obligations de chacune des parties.
