Article R3232-1-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A joint order of the minister responsible for the environment and the minister responsible for local authorities defines the various cost elements to be used for remuneration for the service of making technical assistance available as well as the methods of charging for this.

An order of the president of the departmental council defines the scale of remuneration applicable in the department. This order is published in the department’s official journal of administrative acts.

Un arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de l’environnement et du ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales définit les différents éléments de coûts à retenir pour la rémunération du service de mise à disposition de l’assistance technique ainsi que les modalités de tarification de celle-ci.

Un arrêté du président du conseil départemental définit le barème de rémunération applicable dans le département. Cet arrêté est publié au recueil des actes administratifs du département.
