The technical assistance is monitored and evaluated by a committee which draws up an annual activity report made available to the public in dematerialised form by the department.

The committee includes, in particular, representatives of the beneficiary municipalities and public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation, a representative of the departmental prefect, a representative of the water agency and, if applicable, a representative of the relevant territorial public basin establishment(s) in the department concerned. This committee may be open to representatives of the professional organisations involved in the issues concerned.

The members of the committee are appointed by the president of the departmental council, in Corsica, where applicable, by the president of the Corsican executive council.

Le suivi et l’évaluation de l’assistance technique sont assurés par un comité qui en établit un bilan d’activité annuel mis à disposition du public sous forme dématérialisée par le département.

Le comité comprend notamment des représentants des communes et des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale bénéficiaires, un représentant du préfet du département, un représentant de l’agence de l’eau et, s’il y a lieu, un représentant du ou des établissements publics territoriaux de bassin compétents dans le département concerné. Ce comité peut être ouvert à des représentants des organisations professionnelles impliquées sur les thématiques concernées.

Les membres du comité sont nommés par le président du conseil départemental, en Corse, le cas échéant, par le président du conseil exécutif de Corse.
