Article R325-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Any change to the general regulations and any termination of office of a member of the deliberative and governing bodies of an approved organisation shall be communicated to the Minister responsible for culture within fifteen days of the corresponding event. Failure to notify may result in the withdrawal of approval.

Tout changement de règlement général et toute cessation de fonction d’un membre des organes délibérants et dirigeants d’un organisme agréé sont communiqués au ministre chargé de la culture dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de l’événement correspondant. Le défaut de déclaration peut entraîner le retrait de l’agrément.
