Article R329-17 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The Minister responsible for culture shall be informed within fifteen days of any change in status or general regulations and of any termination of office of a member of the deliberative and governing bodies of an approved organisation. Failure to declare may result in the withdrawal of approval under the conditions laid down in article R. 329-18.

Article R329-17

Le ministre chargé de la culture est informé dans le délai de quinze jours de tout changement de statut ou de règlement général et de toute cessation de fonction d’un membre des organes délibérants et dirigeants d’un organisme agréé. Le défaut de déclaration peut entraîner le retrait de l’agrément dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 329-18.
