Article R331-4 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

In the month following publication of the title deed, the pursuing creditor, or failing that the most diligent creditor or the debtor, summons the creditors holding a published security interest in an immovable by destination mentioned in article L. 331-1 to declare their claim.

This summons shall contain, under penalty of being declared null and void:

1° A copy of the summons to pay valid as a seizure of property;

2° A summons to declare the claims registered on the seized property, in principal, costs and accrued interest, with an indication of the rate of default interest, by a lawyer’s deed filed at the registry of the enforcement judge and accompanied by a copy of the registration form or any evidence of registration in the register mentioned inarticle R. 521-1 of the Commercial Code and to notify the pursuing creditor and the debtor of this declaration on the same day or on the first working day following the declaration, in the same manner or by service ;

3° The reproduction, in very conspicuous characters, of articles L. 331-2 and R. 331-5.

Article R331-4

Dans le mois suivant la publication du titre de vente, le créancier poursuivant, ou à défaut le créancier le plus diligent ou le débiteur, fait sommation aux créanciers titulaires d’une sûreté publiée sur un immeuble par destination mentionnés à l’article L. 331-1 d’avoir à déclarer leur créance.

Cette sommation contient à peine de nullité :

1° La copie du commandement de payer valant saisie immobilière ;

2° La sommation d’avoir à déclarer les créances inscrites sur le bien saisi, en principal, frais et intérêts échus, avec l’indication du taux des intérêts moratoires, par acte d’avocat déposé au greffe du juge de l’exécution et accompagné de la copie du bordereau d’inscription ou tout élément justifiant d’une inscription au registre mentionné à l’article R. 521-1 du code de commerce et à dénoncer le même jour ou le premier jour ouvrable suivant cette déclaration au créancier poursuivant et au débiteur, dans les mêmes formes ou par signification ;

3° La reproduction, en caractères très apparents, des articles L. 331-2 et R. 331-5.
