Article R332-4 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The draft distribution is drawn up and notified to the creditors mentioned in articles R. 332-2 and R. 331-4, to the debtor and, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the managing agent who has lodged the objection provided for inarticle 20 of law no. 65-557 of 10 July 1965 establishing the status of co-ownership of built-up properties, within one month of the expiry of the period given to the creditors to update their claims.

Article R332-4

Le projet de distribution est établi et notifié aux créanciers mentionnés aux articles R. 332-2 et R. 331-4, au débiteur ainsi que, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, au syndic qui a formé l’opposition prévue par l’article 20 de la loi n° 65-557 du 10 juillet 1965 fixant le statut de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis, dans un délai d’un mois suivant l’expiration du délai imparti aux créanciers pour actualiser leur créance.
