Article R332-5 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The notification shall state, on pain of nullity:
1° That a reasoned objection may be lodged with the pursuing party by way of a lawyer’s deed, accompanied by the necessary supporting documents;
2° That if no objection is lodged within fifteen days of receipt of the notification, the draft is deemed to have been accepted and that it will be submitted to the enforcement judge for approval.

La notification mentionne à peine de nullité :
1° Qu’une contestation motivée peut être formée par acte d’avocat à avocat, auprès de la partie poursuivante, accompagnée des pièces justificatives nécessaires ;
2° Qu’à défaut de contestation dans le délai de quinze jours suivant la réception de la notification, le projet est réputé accepté et qu’il sera soumis au juge de l’exécution aux fins d’homologation.
