Lorsque la ratification d’un accord de groupe est demandée conjointement par le mandataire des sociétés intéressées et une ou plusieurs organisations syndicales, ou la majorité des comités sociaux et économiques des sociétés intéressées, ou le comité de groupe, il en est fait mention dans les documents déposés.
