The court draws up a statement of distribution and decides on distribution costs. Where applicable, the judge orders the cancellation of any security interests published on the property taken by the debtor.

An appeal against the judgment establishing the distribution statement has suspensive effect.

Le juge établit l’état des répartitions et statue sur les frais de distribution. Le cas échéant, le juge ordonne la radiation des sûretés publiées sur l’immeuble prises du chef du débiteur.

L’appel contre le jugement établissant l’état des répartitions a un effet suspensif.
