Article R3332-2 of the French Labour Code

Where the plan offers several investment vehicles, its rules specify the terms and conditions under which members may change the allocation of their savings between these vehicles.
However, the plan rules may place restrictions on the option to change the initial investment choice in cases that they define. The investment of sums which have benefited from the additional contribution under the conditions provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 3332-11 may not be modified.

Lorsque le plan offre plusieurs instruments de placement, son règlement précise les modalités selon lesquelles l’adhérent peut modifier l’affectation de son épargne entre ces instruments.
Toutefois, le règlement du plan peut prévoir des restrictions à la faculté de modifier le choix de placement initial dans des cas qu’il définit. L’investissement des sommes qui ont bénéficié du supplément d’abondement dans les conditions prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 3332-11 ne peut être modifié.
