Article R3332-31 of the French Labour Code

The tax credit and tax credit attached to income from the collective portfolio or individually held securities acquired as part of a company savings plan give rise to the issue of a separate certificate, in accordance with the provisions of article 77 of appendix II to the general tax code.
Where such income is fully exempt, in accordance with the provisions of the first two sentences of II of article 163 bis B of the General Tax Code, the certificate is issued for the full amount of the tax credit in the name of the organisation responsible for holding the securities. The refund of the tax credit mentioned on this certificate is requested by this organisation.

L’avoir fiscal et le crédit d’impôt attachés aux revenus du portefeuille collectif ou des titres détenus individuellement acquis dans le cadre d’un plan d’épargne d’entreprise donnent lieu à la délivrance d’un certificat distinct, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 77 de l’annexe II au code général des impôts.
Lorsque ces revenus sont totalement exonérés, conformément aux dispositions des deux premières phrases du II de l’article 163 bis B du code général des impôts, le certificat est établi pour la totalité de l’avoir fiscal ou du crédit d’impôt au nom de l’organisme chargé de la conservation des titres. La restitution de l’avoir fiscal ou du crédit d’impôt mentionné sur ce certificat est demandée par cet organisme.
