Approval is granted on the basis of verification that:
-compliance of the training programme proposed by the organisation with the provisions of articles L. 3332-1-1 and R. 3332-7 the training programme is updated whenever there are changes in legislation and regulations. This programme includes an explanation of the prefectoral or municipal regulations applicable at local level with regard to opening hours for public houses or bans on the sale of alcoholic beverages;
-the material and human resources used to provide training under the conditions set out in article R. 3332-7 the organisation has a permanent specialised teaching team which includes at least one trainer holding a Master II level law degree or, in the case of degrees awarded in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or in the Swiss Confederation, holder of a law degree at Master II level or the level immediately below and a trainer with at least five years’ professional experience in direct customer relations in the cafés, hotels, restaurants or discotheques sector for the training mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 3332-1-1, or in the grocery or wine trade sector for the training mentioned in the second paragraph of the same article;
-the presence of the elements of the application file listed in article R. 3332-6 and, as far as the extract from the criminal record provided for in this article is concerned, its content.
