Article R3334-1-3 of the French Labour Code

The information relating to the option provided for in Article R. 3334-1-2 is provided by the institution authorised to carry out the activities of custody or administration of financial instruments to which the participants’ account has been entrusted. The information is sent, together with the annual individual statement of account mentioned in article L. 3341-7, to each participant as from his forty-fifth birthday.

L’information relative à l’option prévue à l’article R. 3334-1-2 est assurée par l’établissement habilité pour les activités de conservation ou d’administration d’instruments financiers auquel a été confiée la tenue de compte des participants. L’information est adressée, avec le relevé de compte individuel annuel mentionné à l’article L. 3341-7, à chaque participant à compter de son quarante-cinquième anniversaire.
