Article R3341-6 of the French Labour Code

The summary statement includes the following information and details:

1° Identification of the beneficiary ;

2° A description of his assets acquired or transferred within the company by profit-sharing agreement and savings plans into which he has made payments, mentioning where applicable the dates on which these assets are available;

3° The identity and address of the registrars mentioned in article R. 3332-15 with whom the beneficiary has an account;

4° If the beneficiary is in the situation referred to in 6° of article R. 3324-22 and has not requested the liquidation of his assets, whether the company will cover the costs of maintaining the custody account. If the beneficiary is responsible for these costs, the summary statement specifies how they are to be paid, in particular if the provisions of article R. 3332-17 are applied.

L’état récapitulatif comporte les informations et mentions suivantes :


1° L’identification du bénéficiaire ;


2° La description de ses avoirs acquis ou transférés dans l’entreprise par accord de participation et plans d’épargne dans lesquels il a effectué des versements, avec mention le cas échéant des dates auxquelles ces avoirs sont disponibles ;


3° L’identité et l’adresse des teneurs de registre mentionnés à l’article R. 3332-15 auprès desquels le bénéficiaire a un compte ;

4° La prise en charge éventuelle par l’entreprise, lorsque le bénéficiaire se trouve dans la situation prévue au 6° de l’article R. 3324-22 et qu’il n’a pas demandé la liquidation de ses avoirs, des frais de tenue de compte-conservation. Dans le cas où ceux-ci incombent au bénéficiaire, l’état récapitulatif précise les modalités de prise en charge, notamment s’il est fait application des dispositions de l’article R. 3332-17.
