Article R3542-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For its application in Mayotte, article R. 3321-3 is amended as follows:

1° In the first paragraph, the words: “For the application of 8° of Article L. 3332-2” are replaced by the words: “For the application of 9° of Article L. 3332-2, as made applicable to Mayotte by Article L. 3543-1”;

2° In the second paragraph, the words: “For the application of 9° of Article L. 3332-2” are replaced by the words: “For the application of 10° of Article L. 3332-2 as made applicable to Mayotte by Article L. 3543-1. “

Pour son application à Mayotte, l’article R. 3321-3 est ainsi modifié :

1° Au premier alinéa, les mots : ” Pour l’application du 8° de l’article L. 3332-2 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” Pour l’application du 9° de l’article L. 3332-2, tel qu’il est rendu applicable à Mayotte par l’article L. 3543-1 ” ;

2° Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : ” Pour l’application du 9° de l’article L. 3332-2 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” Pour l’application du 10° de l’article L. 3332-2 tel qu’il est rendu applicable à Mayotte par l’article L. 3543-1. “
