Article R3821-4 of the French Public Health Code

For the application to Wallis and Futuna of the provisions of the articles mentioned in article R. 3821-3:

1° The powers entrusted to the Prefect are exercised by the Representative of the State in Wallis and Futuna;

2° The powers entrusted to the Regional Health Agency and its Director are exercised by the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency or its Director;

3° Inspections by agents of the State or bodies authorised by the representative of the State are carried out under the conditions laid down for labour inspectors and inspectors byarticle 154 of law no. 52-1322 of 15 December 1952 instituting a labour code in the territories and associated territories under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Overseas France.

Article R3821-4

Pour l’application à Wallis-et-Futuna des dispositions des articles mentionnés à l’article R. 3821-3 :

1° Les attributions confiées au préfet sont exercées par le représentant de l’Etat à Wallis-et-Futuna ;

2° Les attributions confiées à l’agence régionale de santé et à son directeur sont exercées par l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ou son directeur ;

3° Les contrôles des agents de l’Etat ou des organismes habilités par le représentant de l’Etat s’effectuent dans les conditions prévues pour les inspecteurs et contrôleurs du travail par l’article 154 de la loi n° 52-1322 du 15 décembre 1952 instituant un code du travail dans les territoires et territoires associés relevant du ministère de la France d’outre-mer.
