At the request of the Minister for Health, the National Agency for Continuing Professional Development shall award any contract for continuing professional development services, corresponding to the priority guidelines for continuing professional development mentioned in 2° and 3° of article L. 4021-2 or to meet urgent public health needs.
The independent scientific commissions are informed.
