Article R4021-21 of the French Public Health Code

The National Agency for Continuing Professional Development is financed by :

1° Contributions from its members, under the conditions laid down in the constituent agreement ;

2° The annual contribution from the Union nationale des caisses d’assurance maladie mentioned in 3° of II of article L. 182-2-4 of the Social Security Code;

3° Voluntary contributions from public or private bodies, other than health establishments, under the conditions defined by agreements with these bodies.

Article R4021-21

L’Agence nationale du développement professionnel continu est financée par :

1° Les apports de ses membres, dans les conditions prévues par la convention constitutive ;

2° La contribution annuelle de l’Union nationale des caisses d’assurance maladie mentionnée au 3° du II de l’article L. 182-2-4 du code de la sécurité sociale ;

3° Des contributions volontaires d’organismes publics ou privés, autres que les établissements de santé, dans les conditions définies par des conventions avec ces organismes.
