Article R41-5 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The Public Prosecutor checks the extracts from the criminal orders. Where a fine has been imposed, the order is the subject of a statement of criminal conviction sent by the chief clerk to the accounting officer of the Directorate-General of Public Finances in accordance with the provisions of article R. 55-5.

Article R41-5

Le ministère public vérifie les extraits des ordonnances pénales. Lorsqu’une peine d’amende a été prononcée, l’ordonnance fait l’objet d’un relevé de condamnation pénale adressé par le greffier en chef au comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 55-5.
