The letter of notification that accompanies the copy of the decision of the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance or the order of its Chairman shall indicate the time limit within which the appeal may be lodged and shall specify, except where the matter is referred to the Chamber pursuant to the provisions of article L. 4113-14, that the appeal has suspensive effect. It also states that the contested decision must be attached.
The letter of notification indicates that the additional time limits for distance apply in accordance with the provisions of articles 643 and 644 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Notification is made on the same day for all parties, at their last known address, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or, where applicable, by service by a bailiff.
The provisions of article R. 751-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice relating to the executory formula that must be applied to copies of decisions are applicable before the disciplinary chambers.
