Where the practitioner being prosecuted is practising in a health establishment, in a social or medico-social establishment, in a health centre or as part of a partnership, the decisions and orders shall be notified to the director general of the regional health agency, who shall communicate them to the director, manager or partners of this structure.

Lorsque le praticien poursuivi exerce dans un établissement de santé, dans un établissement social ou médico-social, dans un centre de santé ou dans le cadre d’une société d’exercice, les décisions et ordonnances sont notifiées au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, qui les communique au directeur, au gérant ou aux associés de cette structure .
