Subject to the application of articles R. 4127-210, R. 4127-247, R. 4127-248 and R. 4127-276, every dental surgeon must, in order to practise on an individual basis or in an association of any type whatsoever, benefit, directly or through the intermediary of a partnership or means :
1° The right to the use, by virtue of legal title, of professional premises, furnishings and technical equipment sufficient to receive and care for patients, and, in the case of prostheses, separate premises and appropriate equipment;
2° Ownership of documents concerning all personal information relating to patients.
In all cases, the quality of care, confidentiality and patient safety must be ensured.
The installation of technical equipment and the disposal of waste arising from the practice of the profession must comply with current hygiene regulations.
It is the responsibility of the Departmental Council to check that the conditions required for the practice of the profession, by the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, are met.
