Article R4127-301 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this Code of Ethics apply to midwives registered on the roll of the Association, to midwives performing a professional act under the conditions laid down in Article L. 4112-7 and to the student midwives referred to in Article L. 4151-6.

Les dispositions du présent code de déontologie s’imposent aux sages-femmes inscrites au tableau de l’ordre, aux sages-femmes exécutant un acte professionnel dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4112-7 ainsi qu’aux étudiants sages-femmes mentionnés à l’article L. 4151-6.
