Article R4163-18 of the French Labour Code

When the holder of a professional prevention account wishes to top up his personal training account under 1° of I of article L. 4163-7, he must attach to his application for training a document specifying the amount he wishes to spend on training using points registered on the professional prevention account and the position he occupies.

Lorsque le titulaire d’un compte professionnel de prévention veut abonder son compte personnel de formation au titre du 1° du I de l’article L. 4163-7, il joint à sa demande de formation un document précisant le montant qu’il souhaite consacrer à sa formation au titre des points inscrits sur le compte professionnel de prévention ainsi que le poste qu’il occupe.
