The holder of a professional prevention account may make a request to use the points under 3° of I of article L. 4163-7 under the conditions set out in article R. 4163-15 once he has reached the age of 55.

Article R4163-30

Le titulaire d’un compte professionnel de prévention peut formuler sa demande d’utilisation des points au titre du 3° du I de l’article L. 4163-7 dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 4163-15 dès lors qu’il atteint l’âge de 55 ans.
