As stated in Article R. 79 of the Code of Criminal Procedure:

(…) bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record is issued:

(….) 24° To the Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle for inclusion on the list of persons qualified in industrial property and on the list provided for in Article L. 422-5.

Ainsi qu’il est dit à l’article R. 79 du code de procédure pénale :

(…) le bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire est délivré :

(…) 24° Au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle pour l’inscription sur la liste des personnes qualifiées en propriété industrielle et sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 422-5.
