When taking possession of the premises, and no later than one month thereafter, the project owner draws up a maintenance file for the workplaces and sends it to the users.
This file includes, in addition to the notices and technical files provided for in articles R. 4212-7, R. 4213-4 and R. 4215-2, the measures taken:
1° For cleaning glazed surfaces on elevations and roofs in application of article R. 4214-2 ;
2° For roof access, in particular:
a) Means of securing for short-term operations ;
b) The possibility of quickly installing guard rails or protective netting for more extensive work;
c) Permanent footpaths for frequent work;
3° To facilitate the maintenance of facades, in particular the means of securing and stabilising scaffolding or aerial platforms;
4° To facilitate interior maintenance work, in particular for :
a) Refurbishment of high-rise lobbies ;
b) Access to lift machinery;
c) Access to pipes in service galleries or crawl spaces;
5° For the location of secure waiting areas within the meaning of articles R. 4216-2-1, R. 4216-2-2 and R. 4216-2-3, it specifies the characteristics of these areas.
