Article R4216-28 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of this section apply taking into account the classification of construction materials and elements according to their behaviour in fire, as defined in articles R. 121-1 et seq. of the Code de la construction et de l’habitation and by the orders of the Minister of the Interior issued pursuant to article R. 121-5 of this same code.

Les dispositions de la présente section s’appliquent compte tenu de la classification des matériaux et des éléments de construction en fonction de leur comportement au feu, telle qu’elle est définie aux articles R. 121-1 et suivants du code de la construction et de l’habitation et par les arrêtés du ministre de l’intérieur pris en application de l’article R. 121-5 de ce même code.
