Article R422-13 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The company is formed under the suspensive condition of its registration on the national list of industrial property attorneys. In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 1 of Law no. 66-879 of 29 November 1966, it shall have legal personality as from such registration.

Article R422-13

La société est constituée sous la condition suspensive de son inscription sur la liste nationale des conseils en propriété industrielle. Conformément au troisième alinéa de l’article 1er de la loi n° 66-879 du 29 novembre 1966, elle jouit de la personnalité morale à compter de cette inscription.
