Article R422-50 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The formation of a joint venture of industrial property attorneys referred to in Title II of the loi n° 90-1258 du 31 décembre 1990 shall give rise to the insertion of a notice in a newspaper authorised to receive legal announcements at the location of the registered office, if there is one, and at the place of practice of each of the partners. The notice shall contain the identity of the partners, the company name, the object, the address of the registered office, if there is one, and the addresses of the places of business.

La constitution d’une société en participation de conseils en propriété industrielle visée au titre II de la loi n° 90-1258 du 31 décembre 1990 donne lieu à l’insertion d’un avis dans un journal habilité à recevoir les annonces légales au lieu du siège social, s’il en existe un, et au lieu d’exercice de chacun des associés. L’avis contient l’identité des associés, la dénomination, l’objet, l’adresse du siège, s’il en existe un, et celle des lieux d’exercice.
