Workplaces subject to the provisions of Title I when they are built or converted are used in accordance with these provisions.
In the event of a change of use, they shall be adapted to comply with the provisions governing the new use at the date of the adaptation work.

Les lieux de travail soumis aux dispositions du titre Ier lors de leur construction ou de leur aménagement sont utilisés en conformité avec ces dispositions.
En cas de changement de destination, ils sont aménagés pour être rendus conformes aux dispositions régissant cette nouvelle destination à la date des travaux d’aménagement.
