Article R4226-6 of the French Labour Code

New permanent electrical installations, additions or structural modifications to existing permanent electrical installations and temporary electrical installations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 4215-3 to R. 4215-13, R. 4215-16 and R. 4215-17 relating to the design of electrical installations.

The provisions of articles R. 4215-14 to R. 4215-16 are applicable to electrical installations carried out by or for the employer.

Where applicable, the employer completes and updates the technical file provided for in article R. 4215-2.

Les réalisations d’installations électriques permanentes nouvelles ainsi que les adjonctions ou modifications de structure d’installations électriques permanentes existantes et les réalisations des installations électriques temporaires sont exécutées conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 4215-3 à R. 4215-13, R. 4215-16 et R. 4215-17 relatives à la conception des installations électriques.

Les dispositions des articles R. 4215-14 à R. 4215-16 sont applicables aux installations électriques réalisées par ou pour l’employeur.

Le cas échéant, l’employeur complète et met à jour le dossier technique prévu à l’article R. 4215-2.
