Article R4234-31 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 741-11 relating to the rectification of material errors, R. 741-12 relating to the fine for abusive recourse, R. 742-2, with the exception of the last paragraph, and R. 742-4 to R. 742-6 relating to the provisions specific to the orders of the Code of Administrative Justice are applicable before the Disciplinary Divisions. For the application of these provisions, the powers conferred on the president of the administrative tribunal and the president of the administrative court of appeal are exercised respectively by the president of the disciplinary chamber of first instance and the president of the national disciplinary chamber.

Les articles R. 741-11 relatif à la rectification des erreurs matérielles, R. 741-12 relatif à l’amende pour recours abusif, R. 742-2, à l’exception du dernier alinéa, et R. 742-4 à R. 742-6 relatifs aux dispositions propres aux ordonnances du code de justice administrative sont applicables devant les chambres de discipline. Pour l’application de ces dispositions, les compétences conférées au président du tribunal administratif et au président de la cour administrative d’appel sont exercées respectivement par le président de la chambre de discipline de première instance et le président de la chambre de discipline nationale.
