Article R4234-43 of the French Public Health Code

The decisions of the national disciplinary chamber and the orders of its president are notified to the persons and authorities who were notified of the decision at first instance and to the disciplinary chamber of first instance which took the decision referred to.

If, on the date of notification, the pharmacist being prosecuted is registered or in the process of being registered with another central or regional council, the decision is also notified to that council and, if the decision imposes a disciplinary penalty, to the authorities of the new place of registration corresponding to the authorities mentioned in 3° of I of article R. 4234-1.

Les décisions de la chambre de discipline nationale et les ordonnances de son président sont notifiées aux personnes et autorités qui ont reçu notification de la décision de première instance ainsi qu’à la chambre de discipline de première instance qui a pris la décision déférée.

Si, à la date de la notification, le pharmacien poursuivi est inscrit ou en cours d’inscription auprès d’un autre conseil central ou régional, la décision est également notifiée à ce conseil ainsi que, si la décision prononce une peine disciplinaire, aux autorités du nouveau lieu d’inscription correspondant aux autorités mentionnées au 3° du I de l’article R. 4234-1.
