Article R4235-75 of the French Public Health Code

The pharmacist-biologist must not reduce his fees in order to compete unfairly or to the detriment of the quality of the services he provides. In the case of collaboration contracts between laboratories, fees for transmissions must be set with tact and moderation.

He must refrain from collecting samples for analysis if this practice would constitute unfair competition to the detriment of his colleagues.

Le pharmacien biologiste ne doit pas réduire ses honoraires dans une intention de concurrence déloyale ou au détriment de la qualité des prestations qu’il fournit. Dans le cas de contrat de collaboration entre laboratoires, les honoraires concernant les transmissions doivent être fixés avec tact et mesure.

Il doit s’interdire de collecter les prélèvements aux fins d’analyses dès lors que cette pratique constituerait une concurrence déloyale au détriment de ses confrères.
