Silence on the part of the administration shall constitute a decision to reject :

1° Requests for initial approval of the rules of a multilateral trading facility pursuant to the second paragraph of Article L. 424-2;

2° Requests to amend the rules of a multilateral trading facility pursuant to the second paragraph of Article L. 424-2.

Le silence gardé par l’administration vaut décision de rejet sur :

1° Les demandes d’approbation initiale des règles d’un système multilatéral de négociation formées en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 424-2 ;

2° Les demandes de modification des règles d’un système multilatéral de négociation formées en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 424-2.
